Membership Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application.
1. Eligibility
- Applicant must be a retired or ex-service personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
- Applicant must have completed a minimum of 5 (five) years of service in CISF before retirement or discharge.
- Applicant must be a resident of Kerala or have strong residential ties to Kerala.
- Applicant must not have been dismissed from service on grounds of misconduct or moral turpitude.
- The association reserves the right to verify service records before approving any application.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
- Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of application.
- All payments made towards membership fees are non-refundable, whether the application is approved, rejected, or withdrawn.
- Annual or renewal fees, if applicable, must be paid on or before the due date to maintain active membership.
- Payments must be made only through the official channels mentioned on this website. The association is not responsible for payments made to any other account.
- A valid payment slip and screenshot must be uploaded with the application.
3. Application Review
- All applications are reviewed by the association committee.
- The committee may, at its sole discretion, approve or reject any application without assigning a reason.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
- The committee aims to review applications within 7 working days, but timelines may vary.
4. Accuracy of Information
- The applicant is responsible for providing true, accurate and complete information.
- Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or cancellation of membership, without refund.
- Members must promptly inform the association of any change in address, contact number, or next-of-kin details.
5. Conduct of Members
- Members must conduct themselves with dignity and uphold the reputation of CISF and the association.
- Any behaviour deemed detrimental to the association may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
- Decisions of the committee in matters of conduct shall be final and binding.
6. Privacy & Use of Information
- Information submitted will be used solely for membership administration and welfare communications.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law.
- Members may request access to or correction of their data by contacting the association office.
7. Termination of Membership
- A member may resign from the association at any time by writing to the secretary.
- No fees paid will be refunded upon resignation, termination, or cancellation.
- The association may terminate membership for non-payment of dues, providing false information, or conduct prejudicial to the association.
8. Amendments
The association reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through the website or registered contact details. Continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
